Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all parts, accessories, and manuals included.
  • The item must not be a final sale or clearance item.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following items:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Products that have been used or opened (e.g., bowls, chopsticks, spoons, etc.).
  • Damaged items that are not reported within 7 days of receipt.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at admin@silmor.xyz to request a return authorization.
  2. Provide your order number and a description of the reason for the return.
  3. Once your return is approved, you will be given instructions on how to return your item.
  4. Please pack the items securely to prevent any damage during the return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at admin@silmor.xyz to initiate the exchange process.

Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at admin@silmor.xyz with a photo of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether that involves a replacement or refund.
